Arrival & Departure Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM (Noon on Sundays). We will be happy to grant requests for early arrivals and/or late departures as our occupancy permits.
Taxes Taxes charged on hotel rooms is 13% HST and 2% hotel tax, of the room rate, nightly.
Cancellation Policy All deluxe rooms, executive rooms and suites require a $50 deposit at time of booking. The deposit will be applied to your night’s stay, however it becomes non refundable should you cancel your reservation less than seven days prior to the scheduled day of arrival.
Standard rooms may be canceled up to 4 pm on day of arrival. A charge in the amount of one night's room rate plus taxes will be applied to your credit card if you should fail to check in on your scheduled day of arrival.
The Inn reserves the right to quote a longer cancellation period and/or require a deposit under certain circumstances including, but not limited to, suite reservations, holiday periods, stays in excess of 7 days, and group negotiated rates.
Children/Rollaway Beds Children 16 years and under, staying in their parents room, stay free. Additional rollaway beds will be charged at a rate of $10 per day. Play pens are complimentary.
Parking/Park and Fly Parking is complimentary during a guest’s stay. During our winter months guests have the opportunity to leave their vehicle on property and take advantage of our shuttle services to the airport. One night's accommodation entitles you to 7-10 days of paid parking. For more information please ask one of our reservation agents.
Pets Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the Inn.
Recreational Facilities Guests of the Inn have access to our outdoor pool, tennis courts, peddle boats, canoes and our white sand beach.
Credit Cards The Inn accepts all major credit cards as form of payment. A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations and must be presented upon arrival. If the credit card holder will not be the actual hotel guest or will not be here in person to sign for the charges, then a Credit Card Authorization form must be filled out, signed and faxed to the Inn prior to the guest's arrival. Transportation The Inn provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Service runs from 5:00 AM until midnight each day for guests staying at the hotel. There are several taxi and limo services available at the airport around the clock that can provide you with transportation to the Inn. The Inn also provides “Enterprise Car Rental” and reservations can be made ahead of time.
Non Smoking The hotel is completely non-smoking; however, you are allowed to smoke on the balcony of your guest room. Any smoking in the guest rooms may result in a charge to your credit card.
