Guests can choose from an array of mouth watering items such as the Inn's fantastic Scotch Salmon, Chicken Kiev, fresh Atlantic Lobster or tempting pasta dishes all made by our experienced culinary team.

Oliver's

The combination of dark wood, brass fixtures and glowing fireplace capture the feeling of an old English pub. Couples, business people and hotel guests find the warm atmosphere of Oliver's a cozy place to just relax and discover good cheer and new friends. Offering both the Encore menu and Oliver's munchies, one has a wide range of tempting delights to choose from.

Encore Patio 

Open each May and operating until late September; our spacious marquee covered deck overlooks our Victorian gazebo, pool, patio, rose gardens and beautiful Lake Thomas. The relaxed atmosphere, light menu and varied selections of summer drinks make the "Patio" a popular destination for those wishing to escape from the city.

There are so many reasons for the Inn's Gourmet To-Go. Coming home from the office, a night in with the family, a romantic dinner or a get together with friends.

Just because you love fine food doesn't mean you spend hours preparing every meal. Now you can enjoy your Gourmet To-Go meal as much as you enjoyed the time it saved you. 

From ready-to-eat and ready-to-heat, the chef prepares hand made foods like Chicken Kiev, Scotch Salmon,  pizzas, appetizers and terrific desserts. Some selections are ideal for enhancing a home cooked meal while others provide a full meal to go. Take out was never this good.
